이 약관은 TP-i, Inc(이하 "당사")가 제공하는 하날글 앱(이하 "앱")의 이용에 관한 조건을 정합니다. 앱을 설치하거나 사용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으면 앱을 설치하거나 사용하지 마십시오.
앱은 9키 배열 등으로 한글을 입력하는 키보드(IME)입니다. 음성 입력 연동 등의 기능을 포함하며, 기능의 구성은 버전에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. 당사는 앱의 기능을 추가·변경·중단할 수 있으며, 이용자에게 중대한 영향이 있는 변경은 앱 업데이트 노트 등으로 알립니다.
당사는 이용자에게 앱을 개인 또는 업무 목적으로 이용할 수 있는 비독점적이고 양도할 수 없는 권리를 부여합니다. 앱과 그 안의 사전·그림·음성·문서에 대한 지식재산권은 당사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있으며, 이 약관은 그 권리를 이용자에게 넘기지 않습니다.
키보드는 이용자가 입력하는 모든 텍스트를 다루는 앱입니다. 당사가 입력 내용을 어떻게 다루는지는 개인정보처리방침에 있으며, 이 약관과 함께 적용됩니다. 이용자는 입력한 내용과 그 이용에 대한 책임을 집니다.
마이크 권한은 이용자가 음성 입력 기능을 쓸 때만 사용되며, 거부해도 키보드의 다른 기능은 정상 동작합니다. 음성 입력은 기기에 설치된 음성인식 서비스가 처리하며, 그 서비스의 약관과 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. 당사는 이 서비스의 정확성이나 가용성을 보장하지 않습니다.
앱은 현재 상태 그대로 제공됩니다. 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 당사는 상품성, 특정 목적에의 적합성, 오류 없음, 중단 없음에 대해 명시적·묵시적 보증을 하지 않습니다. 음성 인식 결과 등은 틀릴 수 있으므로 중요한 내용은 전송하거나 사용하기 전에 직접 확인해야 합니다.
법령이 허용하는 범위에서 당사는 앱 이용 또는 이용 불능으로 생긴 간접·부수·결과적 손해, 데이터 손실, 이익 손실에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 당사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해, 사망·상해에 대한 책임, 그 밖에 법령상 제한할 수 없는 책임은 이 조항으로 제한되지 않습니다. 이 약관은 이용자가 거주 국가의 소비자 보호 법규(유럽 경제 지역과 영국의 소비자법 포함)에 따라 가지는 강행 규정상의 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
이용자는 언제든 앱을 삭제하여 이용을 끝낼 수 있습니다. 이용자가 이 약관을 위반하면 당사는 앱의 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다. 종료 뒤에도 성질상 계속되어야 하는 조항(지식재산권, 보증의 부인, 책임의 제한 등)은 계속 효력이 있습니다.
당사는 법령, 기능, 서비스 운영의 변화에 따라 약관을 바꿀 수 있습니다. 변경 시 이 페이지에 게시하고 시행일을 갱신하며, 이용자에게 불리한 중대한 변경은 앱 업데이트 노트 등으로 알립니다. 변경 후에도 앱을 계속 사용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
이 약관은 대한민국 법에 따라 해석됩니다. 분쟁은 먼저 성실한 협의로 해결하며, 협의가 되지 않으면 민사소송법상 관할 법원에서 해결합니다. 다만 이용자가 거주 국가의 소비자 보호 법규에 따라 그 국가의 법원이나 법률을 적용받을 권리가 있는 경우, 그 권리는 이 조항으로 제한되지 않습니다.

These terms govern your use of the Hanalgeul app (the "App") provided by TP-i, Inc ("we"). By installing or using the App you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
The App is a keyboard (IME) for entering Korean using a 9-key layout and related methods. It includes features such as voice-input integration. The set of features may vary by version. We may add, change, or discontinue features, and we will announce changes that materially affect you, for example in app update notes.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for personal or business purposes. Intellectual property rights in the App and in its dictionaries, images, audio, and documents belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.
A keyboard handles everything you type. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy, which applies together with these terms. You are responsible for the content you enter and how you use it.
The microphone permission is used only when you use the voice input feature; the keyboard works normally if you deny it. Voice input is handled by the speech recognition service installed on your device, under that service's own terms and privacy policy. We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of that service.
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, freedom from errors, or uninterrupted operation. Speech recognition results and similar output can be wrong, so check important content yourself before sending or relying on it.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. This does not limit liability for our intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or for any liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms do not limit any mandatory rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence, including those of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.
You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. If you breach these terms, we may restrict your use of the App. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination (intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability) remain in effect.
We may change these terms as law, features, or operations change. We will post changes on this page with an updated effective date and will announce material changes that are unfavorable to you, for example in app update notes. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the changed terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We will first try to resolve disputes in good faith; if that fails, they will be resolved by the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. This does not limit any right you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence to rely on the courts or law of that country.
