GazeFix9은 입력기(IME)로서 사용자가 입력하는 텍스트를 화면에 표시하고 예측 후보를 계산하기 위해 일시적으로(메모리에서만) 처리합니다. 입력 내용은 기록(로깅)되지 않고, 기기 밖으로 전송되지 않습니다. 예측 사전은 기기에 저장된 데이터베이스에서 동작합니다.
안드로이드는 서드파티 키보드를 활성화할 때 "이 키보드는 입력하는 모든 텍스트를 수집할 수 있습니다"라는 표준 경고를 표시합니다. 이는 모든 서드파티 키보드에 공통으로 표시되는 시스템 고지이며, 위에 기술한 대로 GazeFix9은 입력 내용을 수집하거나 전송하지 않습니다.
자주 쓰는 문장/단어 등록 기능은 사용자가 명시적으로 등록한 항목만 저장합니다 (자동 수집 없음). 등록 항목은 Android Keystore 기반 키로 암호화되어 기기에만 저장되며, 설정에서 삭제할 수 있고 앱 삭제 시 함께 제거됩니다. 등록 시 비밀번호로 분류한 항목은 전체 일치 시에만 후보로 표시됩니다.
마이크 권한(RECORD_AUDIO)은 사용자가 음성 입력을 켰을 때만 사용됩니다. 음성은 기기에 설치된 음성인식 서비스(예: Google 음성인식)로 전달되어 텍스트로 변환되며, 해당 서비스의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. 당사는 음성 데이터를 수신·저장·전송하지 않습니다. 비밀번호 입력란에서는 음성 입력이 차단됩니다.
연락처 읽기 권한(READ_CONTACTS)을 허용하면 연락처의 이름만 읽어 입력 후보 개인화(이름 자동 완성)에 사용합니다. 이름은 기기 내 개인화 사전에만 저장되며 전송되지 않습니다. 권한을 거부해도 키보드의 다른 기능은 모두 정상 동작합니다.
선택 기능인 접근성 서비스(Spatial Overlay)는 화면 낭독기(스크린 리더) 사용 환경에서 키보드 영역의 터치 제스처 입력을 가능하게 하고, 포인터 조작을 제공하기 위한 용도로만 사용됩니다. 이 서비스는 화면 내용이나 다른 앱의 정보를 수집·저장·전송하지 않습니다. 사용자가 시스템 설정에서 직접 켠 경우에만 동작합니다.
튜토리얼 시연 캡처 기능은 사용자가 명시적으로 녹화를 시작한 경우에만 동작하며(시스템 권한 동의창 표시), 결과물은 기기에만 저장됩니다.
인터넷 권한은 다음 두 용도로만 사용됩니다: ① 언어별 예측 사전 팩 다운로드(요청에는 입력 내용이 포함되지 않음), ② Google Play 결제 처리. 입력 내용·개인 데이터는 네트워크로 전송되지 않습니다.
인앱 구매는 Google Play 결제 시스템이 처리합니다. 당사는 결제 정보(카드번호 등)에 접근할 수 없으며, 구매 여부(잠금 해제 상태)만 기기에 저장합니다. 결제에는 Google Play 서비스 약관 및 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
모든 데이터는 기기에만 저장됩니다(클라우드 자동 백업 비활성화). 등록 문장·단어는 설정에서 삭제할 수 있으며, 앱을 삭제하면 모든 데이터가 함께 삭제됩니다. 당사 서버에는 삭제를 요청할 데이터 자체가 존재하지 않습니다.
본 앱은 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 연령 관련 데이터를 수집하지 않습니다.
방침이 변경되면 이 페이지에 게시하고 시행일을 갱신합니다. 데이터 처리 방식이 실질적으로 변경되는 경우(예: 분석 도구 도입) 앱 업데이트 노트에 명시합니다.

As an input method (IME), GazeFix9 processes the text you type transiently, in memory only, to render input and compute prediction candidates. Your typing is not logged and is never transmitted off the device. Prediction runs against dictionaries stored on your device.
When you enable any third-party keyboard, Android shows a standard warning that the keyboard "may be able to collect all the text you type." This is a system notice shown for every third-party keyboard; as described above, GazeFix9 does not collect or transmit your typing.
The phrase-registration feature stores only items you explicitly register (there is no automatic capture). Registered items are encrypted with an Android Keystore-backed key and stored only on your device; you can delete them in Settings, and they are removed when you uninstall the app. Items you classify as passwords are only suggested on an exact full match.
The microphone permission (RECORD_AUDIO) is used only when you activate voice typing. Audio is passed to your device's speech recognition service (e.g., Google Speech) for transcription, under that service's own privacy policy. We never receive, store, or transmit your audio. Voice input is disabled in password fields.
If you grant the contacts permission (READ_CONTACTS), GazeFix9 reads names only to personalize suggestions (name completion). Names are stored only in the on-device personalization dictionary and are never transmitted. All other keyboard features work normally if you deny this permission.
The optional accessibility service (Spatial Overlay) is used solely to enable touch-gesture input over the keyboard area under a screen reader, and to provide pointer control. It does not collect, store, or transmit screen content or data from other apps. It runs only if you enable it yourself in system settings.
The tutorial capture feature records only after you explicitly start it (with the system consent dialog), and recordings are saved only on your device.
The internet permission is used for exactly two purposes: ① downloading per-language prediction dictionary packs (requests contain no typing data), and ② Google Play billing. No typing or personal data is sent over the network.
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play's billing system. We never see your payment details; we store only the unlock state on your device. Google Play's terms and privacy policy apply to the transaction.
All data lives only on your device (automatic cloud backup is disabled). You can delete registered phrases in Settings, and uninstalling the app deletes all data. There is no server-side data to request deletion of.
The app is not directed at children and collects no age-related data.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes to data handling (e.g., introducing analytics) will be noted in app update notes.
